Why We Made This Change

Stage 3: Decision - "Prove the Value"

• Goal: Convert 20% of sign-ups (100 people) to complete a chat.
• How: Deliver a seamless, high-value experience.
• Action 1: Instant automated email with a Calendly link to schedule their chat.
• Action 2: Run the 15-minute chat smoothly via Zoom.
