Stage 3: Decision - "Prove the Value"
- Goal: Convert 20% of sign-ups (100 people) to complete a chat.

- Action 1: Instant automated email with a Calendly link to schedule their chat.
- Action 2: Run the 15-minute chat smoothly via Zoom.
